Purchase Software


To purchase a software license, print out a copy of the Software Order Form and send it with the appropriate fees (listed on the form) to the address on the form. We will process the order as soon as possible and send you an email to download the purchased software and documentation. The order form is viewed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

License Renewal Policy

  • Each location is eligible for a free upgrade to the most recent model version if the last license was purchased within the past year.
  • Each location may purchase an upgrade at the renewal cost if the last license was purchased within the past three years.
  • If it has been more than three years since a license was last purchased (either a new license or an upgrade), a new license must be purchased at the new license cost.
  • The fees for new and renewal licenses are listed on the order form.

License Purchase Terms

Software will be shipped upon receipt of payment with the order form.

Wisconsin Offices

Licenses purchased for offices located within the state of Wisconsin must add 5% sales tax to the order. In addition, certain counties in Wisconsin have a County Sales Tax and/or a Stadium Sales Tax. Please calculate those taxes, if applicable, from the subtotal. Note the County and/or Stadium Tax you are applying, and their tax rate(s), on the order form. If you are uncertain what the tax rate may be, the state of Wisconsin has a web site - https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/Apps/strb.aspx - that will calculate the rate based upon the zip code the office is located in. We cannot release the software to you until we have received the correct sales tax amount.

Academic Use Policy

Academic institutions may obtain a free copy of the software providing it will only be used for academic purposes. The instructor providing the course instruction should contact John Voorhees for the software. Please include the instructor's contract information and the planned use for the software.

Does PVA Accept Credit Cards?

Yes. Please use the Credit Card Order Form to pay for the software using a credit card. Note that the price for the software is higher because of the additional administrative costs incurred when processing a credit card transaction. To pay by credit card, email the completed form to John Voorhees. An invoice will be sent via email. In the email, press the "Pay Invoice" button. Enter the requested information and submit. Upon approval, you will be sent the software download information.

Does PVA Accept Purchase Orders?

Yes. PVA accepts Purchase Orders. Email the completed Purchase Order to John Voorhees. Once we receive the Purchase Order, PVA will send an Invoice for the requested software. Upon receipt of the Invoice, the completed Order Form must be mailed to the address listed on the Order Form and must include a check or money order for the appropriate fee.

Does PVA have a W-9?

PVA does have a W9. Please email John Voorhees to request it. Include your company contact information in the email.

Software Reseller Policy

Based on past experience, PVA no longer accepts orders from Software Resellers. All purchases must come directly from the entity that will use the software. If an entity has no other choice than to use a Software Reseller, a $100 surcharge (plus tax) will be added to each license. This will help PVA recoup the added time it takes to work with a Software Reseller. Additionally, the stormwater practitioner using the software must supply their contact information on the Order Form so they can receive the needed update information.
